De toevalskunst krijgt absoluut een vervolg! Zo vond ik tussen de papieren in mijn atelier dit vel, dat ik gebruikt had als ondergrond om vormen op in te rollen met verf. Uiteindelijk vond ik het ‘kladpapier’ interessant genoeg om te bewaren en eigenlijk al een kunstwerk op zich. Wat als ik eens bewust ging proberen om dit effect na te maken op goed papier, of op een paneel? Wordt vervolgd...
My journey into coincidental art will absolutely get a continuation! Amongst the scraps of paper in my studio I found this one, that I had used as a protective surface to cover some shapes with paint. In the end I liked this background enough to keep it and to be honest I think it feels almost like a work of art in itself. What if I consciously tried to reproduce this effect on a good piece of paper, or on a panel? To be continued...
