Zand

Het is onvermijdelijk als je op het strand gaat schilderen: zand in je palet en op je werk. Maar het kan ook voor leuke effecten zorgen. Hier zie je wat het kan doen in aquarelverf en wateroplosbaar krijt. Het resultaat op mijn palet vond ik ook wel mooi, maar dat is helaas niet blijvend (behalve op de foto).

It is inevitable when you paint on the beach: sand on your palette and in your work. But it can cause some nice effects too. Here you see what sand can do in watercolor paint and watersoluble chalk. I kind of liked the result on my palette as well, although unfortunately this is not permanent (except on the picture).
