Dit is nog een illustratie die ik zelf maakte tijdens de workshop van afgelopen vrijdag. Het is een combinatie van een willekeurige vlekkenstructuur (monoprint) met een stempel (het huisje) en een sjabloon (de lantaarnpaal), gemaakt door anderen. Wat ik het leuke vind aan het werken met stempels en sjablonen in een groep, is dat je binnen korte tijd een grote verzameling vormen kunt maken die je op allerlei manieren kunt combineren.
This is an illustration that I made during the workshop last Friday. It is a combination of a random pattern (monoprint) with a stamp (the house) and a stencil (the lamppost), made by others. The nice thing about working with stamps and stencils in a group, in my opinion, is that you can make a large selection of shapes within a short amount of time. These shapes can then be combined in infinite ways.
